GILLI AUSTIN
WORKSHOPS FOR 2012:-
Tim Art Supplies have moved to a new location at 17 Churchgate, Hitchin, Herts. All art workshops/classes will no longer be running in the future at that venue. I have been teaching Pastel & Acrylic painting at Tim's for 6 and half years and it has been a total pleasure and I would like to take this opportunity to wish Tim & Stella Farr all the best for the future.
I have two possible venues lined up in Hitchin for future classes/workshops. If you are interested in booking a place, please email me your name, postal address and contact telephone number and I will place you on my mailing list. WE NEED TO KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY INTERESTED PARTIES SO WE CAN BOOK THE VENUE. Both venues have ample FREE parking and one of the venues has some disabled access. I will try to keep prices the same as Tim's. So prices start at £15 for a taster workshop lasting 2 & half hours.
I am also currently looking for future venues on which to teach, as I am no longer currently teaching at the B Gallery in Toddington, Beds either.

WORKSHOPS FOR ART SOCIETIES:-
I CHARGE £20 PER HOUR PLUS TRAVELLING EXPENSES AND COVER A RADIUS OF 30 MILES - HERTFORDSHIRE/BEDFORDSHIRE AREA, I RECOMMEND AT LEAST TWO & HALF HOURS. TO PRODUCE A COMPLETE PAINTING 5 HOURS IS RECOMMENDED (WHICH WOULD COST IN THE REGION OF £140 IN TOTAL). I HAVE TAUGHT CLASSES OF 20 - 25 STUDENTS, SO THIS COULD SPREAD THE COST QUITE CONSIDERABLY. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND WORKSHOPS WITH MORE STUDENTS THAN THAT.
I NO LONGER DEMONSTRATE FOR ART SOCIETIES OR EVENTS.
