Watercolour, Oil , Pastel and Acrylic Workshops and Painting Holidays
Learn to master painting techniques in a relaxed and friendly environment
Claire currently runs 1 full day tuition painting workshops in Berkshire and Northamptonshire and surrounding areas, and 3 day painting breaks in the Cotswolds, plus 1 week painting holiday in Menorca and Andalucia.
These "hands on" workshops are designed to help students complete a finished picture every day. Each stage is demonstrated step by step covering key topics and techniques essential to creating a successful painting.
Groups of 16 students can be catered for, although private workshops are usually smaller with up to 12 students. In each workshop however Claire gives plenty of individual attention to each student from the very beginner through to the more experienced artist. She also teaches 1-2-1 by request.
She is a demonstrator for the SAA watercolours & SAA Ashby Pastels, Winsor & Newton Artist Acrylics and Winsor & Newton Artist Quality Oil paints, mediums and Oil bars, and uses Saunders Waterford heavyweight watercolour paper. Claire runs workshops for art groups within 100 radius of Northamptonshire, Berkshire & the Cotswolds and other locations by arrangement.

Biography
Claire Warner - Biography Claire works as a professional artist, exhibiting mainly in Northamptonshire, Berkshire, the Cotswolds and West Country. She paints freely in watercolour, oil & acrylic and accepts commissions from shops, galleries, companies and individuals.
She won an SAA Bursary for her teaching entitled "Art for Therapy". She develops and runs courses for students of all abilities, including beginners, around the country. Her gentle step-by-step approach enables students to produce first class finished pictures in just one day. She runs workshops for groups in Northamptonshire, Newbury in Berkshire and surrounding areas, and painting breaks and holidays in Cotswolds and Menorca. Her paintings are now in homes, places of work and recreation throughout the world. She has illustrated a childrens' book "The Tails of Molly and Ria" by Jane Lock available by mail order.
Commissions are by arrangement, specializing in homes, churches, boats and personal interest scenes for individuals, gallery and business projects. Prints of her work are for sale, along with original art work, in shops, galleries, tourist information offices and by mail order.

Awards
Claire has won the SAA Bursary for her teaching entitled "Art for Therapy".
She was also recently awarded an Arts Initiative Grant by Wellingborough Council for her oil painting, and is now including oil in her range of painting workshops as well as watercolour and acrylic.
She is a demonstrator for the SAA Artists quality watercolour paints and
and a demonstrator for Winsor & Newton Artists Acrylics.
