I have been painting for over 40 years, I am mostly self-taught. I originally used only oils but now use acrylics as well. I live on the Isle of Wight so most of my paintings are island scenes and being a tourist area a lot of visitors have bought my smaller paintings as happy reminders of their holiday and I now have paintings all over the world.
In addition I am the scenic artist for the Ventnor Theatre Group and have painted backdrops 28' x 16' for such productions as 'Oliver!' 'I'll Be Seeing You' and 'Dick Whittington' and 'Oklahoma'
My aim is to create paintings covering all subjects at affordable prices to suit all pockets.
Exhibitions
Exhibiting and selling at Craft Fayre (weather permitting) every Thursday 10am - 3.30 pm at Griffin Pub gardens, Godshill, Isle of Wight also paintings available at the Tearooms Brading (next to the old wax museum)
