I was born in Dundee and spent my early years in Penicuik and West Linton. After several years in Lothian and Borders Police I left to study at
The Scottish College of Textiles, Galashiels, where I obtained a B.A(Hons) in printed Textile Design. I then
worked as a freelance designer and sold my artwork through my agent in the UK, Europe and the USA. My husband and I moved to our present home in Aberfeldy
in 1999. Over the last four years I have worked from my garage studio at home concentrating on my paintings and developing my artwork.
