Biography

After spending time at Harrow Art School and gaining my degree in Fine Art I went into illustration in central London to gain some further growth. This gave me good grounding and built on my graphic skills with commercial experience. When I left my first love, i found my way back to fine art and is where I have been ever since. My career has developed from then truly into being a fully fledged professional fine artist, tutor and demonstrator. My style still evolves and I'm pleased to say that my mixed background has helped me to cope with the rigorous demands that comes with making a living from art.

I have exhibited in London and many parts of the UK and was selected twice for the Patchings festival in The Artist section and won an award in 2011 for Eager Feeder which is on my website.

I work, tutor and demonstrate all media. My subject matter is wide and various and I teach Life, figure, portrait, still-life, interiors, the equine form and more.

I organise workshops locally in Wiltshire and work with art groups and societies all over the south and south west of England to organise bespoke workshops, demonstrations and days out painting.
