Biography
Jane Puckering
Jane was born in 1955 in Hertfordshire. She attended St Albans Grammar School for Girls before studying for a Diploma in Art & Design/Foundation Year at Hertfordshire College of Art & Design in St Albans. She then pursued a career in the Ministry of Defence and had a family before resuming her painting.
In 1995 she moved to Sway, Hampshire. From 2000-2008 she was a part-time lecturer for Brockenhurst College, teaching watercolour, drawing and soft pastels to adults. During that time she was inspected by Ofsted. She currently teaches workshops independently, including art days at hotels.
Jane is available for critiques and to run workshops for art societies in Hampshire and Dorset.
