2 & 3 DAY WORKSHOPS - on classical portraiture covering traditional glaze and impasto techniques and I have specific workshops aimed at all levels. My workshops are very friendly, never negative, and I put as much store in building confidence as I do skills.
EVENING CLASSES - that take students through the whole painting process. I can also be booked for a i day one to one session, painting alongside me.
MOJO COACHING - one to one coaching to help creative individuals address confidence, direction and creative issues

- Future Tuition:
Art school - made to feel like a second class painter - gave up painting - became a designer - ran my own business - started painting again - sold my business - painted more - began doing demonstrations - worked with creative companies and individuals to help them succeed - painted more - had a few exhibitions and a bit of success - asked to do an arts review slot on BBC radio - began to slow down on non-painting work - eventually said no thank you and became a full time painter and workshop person - the rest is history to be made...
You don't get too much as a portrait painter but I've done the Mall Galleries, the RA in Bristol, the Oxford Open, Alexander Palace and a good few galleries that only locals will have heard of.
Always resisted the RA summer show because of stories I've heard, but I'm limbering up for a bash at the BPs before I'm too old, or the photorealists take over completely - I'm not against photorealism by the way, I just don't like it when trends squeeze out the 'others'. We realists have had a hard enough time of it over the years as it is.
