Biography

I was born in South Africa, and as a youngster spent most of my time in nature reserves in Angola and South Africa.

My works are in the collections of the Kew Royal Botanic Gardens, the Lindley Library of the Royal Horticultural Society in London, the Hunt Institute of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, and the Shirley Sherwood Collection.

I have also found a new focus for my art - and that is in sharing my passion with others.
I now run weekly art classes for children and adults.

I live in Sevenoaks, Kent, with my husband and our son.
We also share our house with a noisy cat, demented rabbit, a few snakes, tree frogs, a tarantula and a variety of tropical fish.

I am showing work at FLORUM
Sevenoaks Wildlife reserve, Bradbourne vale road, TN13 3DH.
