Artist Name: Laina WestBiography
Although I have never received any formal training I have been painting and drawing as long as I can remember! Born in Devon and brought up in Cornwall, I lived in Kent for 31 years before moving to Suffolk in July 2009. I am continually inspired by the countryside and sea and my paintings are my impression of the immense variety of colour and texture in our surroundings.
I also draw pencil portraits from photographs and am happy to undertake a commission for that special occasion
